This is the product of developing  the means to monitor and mitigate strategic risks in organizations. from data to evaluation of the performed solutions and protection that organizations created to operate in a sustainable and competitive advantages.

Strategic risk study is a field that can be divided into layers keeping in mind a couple of fundamental points: as mentioned above new created knowledge brings new risks; data analytics and AI support the development of intelligence for solving problems but at the same time some of the risks are part of the use of these means of creating intelligence. Anderson et al. (2022) indicated an interested issues when risks is analyzed in a mortgage business. The issues are in what is called strategic default. This type of risk is because of housing bubbles that in a moment can produce issues like the asset for families is with a lower value than the debt in the mortgage. It is possible to search for better intelligence means to detect this potential behavior of debtors or  it is possible to predict the occurrence of bubbles in housing that create these behaviors of the markets, financial services and developers. Those are aspects where better AI can help to improve prediction power for avoiding crises as societies have lived before.

Digital transformation, Intelligence and Strategic risk analysis are converging to the same purpose that is to provide means to organizations to succeed according to a success definition that the organization define. From SuperAPPs: Wechat, Revolut, PayPay, Alipay, Omni, Rappi, AirAsia, etc. that are sets of connected apps in an ecosystem integrating services and providing the means to access and use those service through a unique platform, to a talent development and upskilling for people to continue working and adopting new digital solutions. Thunström (2022) in the Scientific American article exposed a special new challenge for organizations now and in the future: How to deal with AI as a good means to grow and improve the society-citizens level of life? She pointed out “I’m a scientist who studies ways to use artificial intelligence to treat mental health concerns, and this wasn’t my first experiment with GPT-3. Even so, my attempts to complete that paper and submit it to a peer-reviewed journal would open up unprecedented ethical and legal questions about publishing, as well as philosophical arguments about nonhuman authorship. Academic publishing may have to accommodate a future of AI-driven manuscripts, and the value of a human researcher’s publication records may change if something non-sentient can take credit for some of their work.” The issues here are about ethical, capabilities of AI, possible misuse, and more possible risks to deal in a society.
